Edosaki Country Club is located in Inashiki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Designed by Hidetoshi Kobayashi and opened in 1964, it is a historic golf course celebrating its 60th anniversary. Throughout its long history, it has hosted official tournaments including the Japan PGA Senior Championship, the Japan-USA Women's Professional Match Play, and the Tohato Ladies Open, where numerous memorable matches have taken place. By car, it is approximately 5 minutes from the Inashiki Interchange on the Kanto Circular Expressway. For train access, a club bus operates from the east exit of Ryugasaki Station on the Joban Line, the nearest station. The course consists of 36 holes divided into an East Course and a South Course. It is a forest-lined course separated by pine trees. The East Course features a flat and wide fairway, and is a championship course where tournaments are held. The South Course has holes with bunkers and ponds, and it is advisable to carefully consider ball placement. The East Course offers caddie-assisted walking play or 2-person riding carts, while the South Course features 4-person self-driving carts. Both courses have high difficulty levels and require strategic play. The grass, greens, and other facilities are well-maintained and properly managed, making it a popular golf course for experienced players as well as beginners and female players.
