Inagi Country Club is a golf course owned and operated by Acordia Golf. [Often featured on social media—the sea of clouds at Oshiyama... If you're lucky, it can be seen from the clubhouse!] A strategic and poetic course designed by Peter Thomson and Shozo Ozasaki, enveloped in the magnificent nature of the Oku-Mikawa region. Located at an elevation of 750 meters, summer temperatures are said to be 5-6°C cooler than in urban areas. The course layout never fails to impress, from beginners to competition-minded players. The outward nine features relatively flat terrain and wide fairways that allow for stress-free shots; however, carefully positioned greenside bunkers demand precision on the approach. The inward nine has water hazards on approximately half the holes, requiring thoughtful club selection and careful shot direction. It's a course that makes you want to return and play again, wondering "if only I had done this differently..."
