Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Prime Golf Tour (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of the website and related services (hereinafter "Service") operated by the Company.

1. 1These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or by being notified to users through other means.
2. 2The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not violating applicable laws, and shall notify users of the effective date and reasons for amendment at least 7 days in advance.
3. 3Changes unfavorable to users shall be notified at least 30 days in advance, and users who do not expressly object shall be deemed to have consented.

Services provided by the Company:

1. 1Online services (search, booking, payment, etc.) are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, customer support (phone inquiries, booking changes/cancellations, etc.) operates during weekday business hours (09:00 – 18:00 KST, excluding weekends and public holidays). Inquiries received outside business hours will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
2. 2The Service may be partially or fully restricted or suspended due to force majeure events such as scheduled system maintenance, equipment failure, or natural disasters.
3. 3Users will be notified in advance of any service interruption. In urgent cases, notification may be given after the fact.
4. 4The maximum service usage period per booking is 60 days. Usage exceeding this period requires a separate service application.

1. 1Users may apply for membership following the procedures established by the Company, and registration is completed upon the Company's approval.
2. 2Membership registration is available via social login (Kakao, Naver, etc.) or email registration.
3. 3The Company may reject registration or terminate membership after the fact in the following cases:
   -Using another person's information to register

   -Providing false information

   -Having previously lost membership due to a violation of these Terms

   -Being deemed to significantly interfere with Service operations

1. 1Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process it immediately.
2. 2If there are ongoing bookings, withdrawal will be processed after the completion or cancellation of those bookings.
3. 3Upon withdrawal, personal information shall be destroyed immediately, except where retention is required by law.

1. 1Users may check play schedules, fees, and other details of golf courses in Japan through the Service and submit booking requests.
2. 2A booking is requested when the user completes information entry and payment, and is confirmed when the Company secures confirmation from the golf course.
3. 3Payment is made through methods designated by the Company, including credit cards and simple payment services (KakaoPay, Toss Pay, etc.).
4. 4The booking amount includes the golf course fee and service commission, and the total amount is disclosed before payment.
5. 5Fees are based on Korean Won (KRW), with exchange rates applied to Japanese Yen (JPY) prices. Differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations.

A full refund is provided until the booking is confirmed. After confirmation:

1. 1The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms or contrary to public morals, and shall strive to provide stable services.
2. 2The Company shall securely manage users' personal information and process it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. 3The Company shall establish a system to properly handle user complaints and requests for damage relief.

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. 1The Company provides booking intermediation and agency services and is not directly responsible for the golf course's facilities, service quality, weather, etc.
2. 2If a booking is changed or cancelled due to local circumstances (maintenance, severe weather, course closure, etc.), the Company shall promptly inform the user and offer alternatives.
3. 3Users are responsible for verifying local Japanese regulations and golf course rules (dress code, age restrictions, play rules, etc.) in advance.

1. 1The copyright and intellectual property rights of content created by the Company within the Service (text, images, design, logos, etc.) belong to the Company.
2. 2Users may not commercially use information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent.

1. 1The Company is not liable for damages related to free services. However, this excludes cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
2. 2The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, telecommunications carrier outages, or technical defects.
3. 3Users who cause damage to the Company by violating these Terms shall be liable for compensation.

1. 1Both the Company and the user shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution of disputes.
2. 2If negotiation fails, either party may seek mediation through a dispute resolution body commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the relevant provincial governor.
3. 3Governing law: Republic of Korea / Jurisdiction: Competent court under the Civil Procedure Act

1. 1Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.
2. 2If individual terms applicable to specific services conflict with these Terms, the individual terms shall take precedence.
