Seaside Course. Flat throughout with elevation changes of 3 meters or less. Designed to recreate English links golf, with holes separated by mound clusters and difficulty enhanced by creeks, ponds, and pot bunkers. Facing Kinuura Bay, winter and spring sea breezes are a major challenge. The front nine plays around the outside of the course. Hole 7 is a long middle hole along Kinuura Bay. Hole 9 features a floating island green surrounded by creeks. The back nine plays around the inside, with only holes 16 and 17 avoiding water hazards and creeks. A course demanding precision shotmaking.
