The course is designed on relatively flat terrain with a maximum elevation change of 30m on the property, with water hazards strategically incorporated throughout to enhance the course's challenge. The outward nine features relatively straightforward holes that make it easier to compile a good score, while the inward nine presents a series of demanding holes that require constant attention. In particular, the final three holes involve large water features, so careless play can result in significant score damage. With many two-tiered greens and greens featuring difficult undulations, accurate line reading greatly influences scoremaking.
