Like the East Course, it has flat fairways but offers many distinctive holes. The West Course, while shorter in distance, features a varied layout that tests players' shot accuracy and reading ability. Access via the Shin-Meishin Expressway and Minoh Toll Road is also convenient. ◇From Kyoto city: straight along the Kyoto Longitudinal Expressway (Kutakake IC). Approximately 35 minutes from Chiyokawa IC. From the northern Kyoto area, the route from Sono IC is closer. ◇From the Kobe area: approximately 45 minutes toward Kameoka via National Route 372 from the Tannan Sasayama IC on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway.
