This land in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, with its south-facing hillsides ideal for golf course development, gave birth to Champion Course Olympic Golf Club in April 1989—an 18-hole, par 72 course stretching 7,252 yards (6,631m). The 18 holes spread across gently rolling terrain with an ideal elevation change of 30 meters for a golf course, each presenting distinct characteristics that await players' challenges. Featuring an American-style, wide layout rare in the Kansai region, with fairways averaging 40 yards in width, the course allows for bold, aggressive shots. With eight ponds of various sizes, strategically navigating these hazards becomes key. Certain holes require a distance strategy aiming for bogey-on-one-putt from the start. Strategic planning from the tee is essential. The single greens, composed of Penncross Bentgrass, average 650 square meters with appropriate undulation and varied shapes. Since opening, we have carefully maintained and made continuous improvements to the course. Going forward, we remain committed to enhancing and cultivating the course's dignity and character in response to contemporary needs.
