Onuma International Country Club

Onuma International Country Club is located in Shikabe Town, Oshima District, Hokkaido. It takes approximately one hour by car from JR Hakodate Station and approximately 25 minutes from Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Station. From the course, you can enjoy beautiful views of Onuma Quasi-National Park and Komagatake Mountain. The course features 18 holes with spacious bentgrass greens and a total distance of 7,130 yards. Each hole is surrounded by birch trees and does not have significant elevation changes. Holes 5 and 11 are recommended for nearest-the-pin competitions. While both have water hazards or bunkers, they are courses where you can aim straight for the green. Hole 3 is a long par that features a straight design, making it an ideal hole to drive with power and distance—definitely aim for longest drive. Hole 7 is a tight left dogleg, but if you can find the fairway, the pond in the middle will not be a concern. The finishing hole is a long par 3 with a distance of over 200 yards, and overall the course offers various ways to enjoy your round. The facility also offers the convenience of being able to drive your cart up to the fairway even on rainy days. The practice range has 10 bays with a 200-yard length.
