Shibayama Golf Club

A gently rolling hill course with an elevation change of 18 meters. Five strategically placed lakes of varying sizes add to the aesthetic appeal, and each of the 18 holes possesses distinct characteristics, presenting players with 18 different challenges. The course is designed to leave a lasting impression on players, inspire them to return for another attempt, and maintain engagement through continuous tension and variety. Players are required to utilize all clubs in their bag evenly and execute a full array of shots. Notable holes include the 7th Short Hole (Hiroshige) and the 8th Middle Hole (Northern Qi). On the 8th Middle Hole, the second shot requires play over a lake, followed by large wave-shaped bunkers arranged in two rows that provoke the player's competitive spirit. The brilliant contrast between the blue water, pristine white wave-patterned bunkers, and the green of the putting surface creates thrilling moments and stunning scenery. Since opening, the course has gained increasing popularity among female players. The greens feature the same grass as the renowned Augusta National Golf Club (L-93), displaying vibrant green radiance.
