Chubu Kokusai Golf Club is located approximately 10 minutes from Tajimi IC on the Chuo Expressway and approximately 10 minutes from Kani/Mitake IC on the Tokai Ring Expressway, in the southeastern part of Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, situated in hilly terrain where new towns and industrial parks spread. In addition to excellent access by car, it is also notable for its convenient access via taxi from Tajimi Station (approximately 10 minutes) on the JR Chuo Main Line and Tao Line. The course is a hilly layout designed by Takeo Ishizumi, the winner of the 5th Kansai Open held in 1930. The OUT side is generally flat with wide fairways and considerable distance, making it suitable for long hitters. Meanwhile, the IN side features moderate ups and downs with many distinctive and varied holes. Short holes present challenging shots over valleys and water hazards, and the signature hole is the dramatic downhill middle hole at No. 12. On clear days, you can enjoy a panoramic view overlooking the entire course while gazing upon Mt.
