Mihara Country Club is a mountainous course golf facility located in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which opened in 1968. Designed by Kazusuke Izumi, it features natural beauty and offers comfortable play year-round as it rarely snows in winter. All 18 holes are given nicknames that reflect their characteristics, offering a variety of hole designs. The course is surrounded by magnificent nature, allowing players to enjoy scenic views while taking their time with play. The out nine features elevation changes with many uphill and downhill shots, making it recommended for those wanting to test their skills. Hole 4 is a right dogleg fairway requiring attention to distance control. Hole 13 has a large pond in front of the green, requiring accurate first shots or lay-ups. Hole 18, with a pond on the right and playing downhill, demands directional precision. The clubhouse features a charming traditional building with a calm atmosphere. The facility is equipped with electromagnetic induction carts for enhanced comfort. A large public bath is also available for relaxation after play. Mihara Country Club is approximately 20 minutes from JR Sanyo Main Line Mihara Station and approximately 12 km from Sanyo Expressway Hongo IC.
