Cherry Golf Club Kokura South Course

Hilly course. Natural features are skillfully incorporated, and with abundant trees throughout, the layout features a wooded atmosphere. Some holes are relatively flat but present difficulty where water hazards are integrated into the design. The outgoing nine is mostly flat with many holes utilizing ponds. Notably, the 6th hole features a left dogleg with a large pond positioned in front of the green. With considerable length, reaching the green in two shots is challenging. The 8th is an interesting hole where the fairway splits into two levels midway through. For the incoming nine, apart from the uphill 14th and the dramatic downhill 17th, most holes are relatively flat.
