The out course begins with a slightly uphill hole 1, and the fairway has undulations. Hole 3 green is guarded by bunkers, making par difficult unless you hit the correct distance. The in course offers plenty of length. The signature hole is hole 16, where a creek, pond, and bunker await. The unique undulations provide special appeal, and the long distance makes it satisfying even for experienced players.
