Onuma Lake Golf Club is a golf course owned and operated by Accordia Golf. 【IMPORTANT NOTICE】Notice of Cancellation Fee Regulation Revision Effective from April 1, 2025, the following cancellation fee regulations will be applied. ■Cancellation Fees 【Weekends/Holidays】 Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: ¥5,000 per group from 7 days prior to the play date (including the play date) Example: Cancellation fees for 4/19 (Saturday) will apply from 4/13 (Sunday), which is 7 days prior to the play date. ※Cancellations without notice will be charged at 100% of the play fee × number of players. ■Cancellation Fee Applicability Cancellations by the reservation holder or accompanying players' decision/convenience on a group basis (poor weather conditions, health issues, etc.) ■Billing Recipient Billing will be directed to the reservation holder. ■Billing Method The reservation holder will be billed via SMS or registered address. WEB reservation cancellations are deemed to constitute agreement with cancellation fee regulations and billing will be sent via SMS or to the reservation holder's registered address. ■Exemption Cases Cancellation fees will be waived in the following cases: Natural disasters, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances resulting in golf course closure ※Cancellations due to poor weather may be waived only when play date conditions are poor. Please contact the golf course for details. ■Additional Notes Cancellation fees are non-refundable regardless of reason. Effective April 2025, the following fees will be revised: Locker fee: ¥330 (tax included) Club rental: ¥4,400 (tax included) Shoe rental: ¥1,100 (tax included) 2B surcharge - Weekday: ¥1,100 (tax included) / Weekend/Holiday: ¥2,200 (tax included) We appreciate your continued patronage.
