<<TSUKISAP GOLF CLUB>> Host course for the 107th Japan Amateur Golf Championship in 2023. Located just 40 minutes by car from downtown Sapporo and 20 minutes from Kitahiroshima IC, offering an exceptional location. A hidden gem left behind by Sachikichi Yasuda. The course name derives from the Ainu word "Tsukisap" (Tsukisamu in Japanese), meaning a downhill slope at the edge of a hill. All holes are named after trees and flowers native to the region. During your visit, please enjoy the Hokkaido character of each hole, with its white birch and pine forests. 【COURSE】 Woodland course. Fairways have minimal elevation changes. Each hole is separated by naturally occurring stands of pine and birch trees. Large bentgrass greens, one per hole. Both front and back nines feature long middle holes where par is difficult to achieve even for long hitters. Approach shots from over the green play downhill, making scoring challenging. Few out-of-bounds and wide fairways create a layout where aggressive play toward the guard bunkers—without playing into the trees—offers potential for good scores. 【LOCATION】 412-5 Ariake, Kiyota Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido ≪ACCESS≫ Doo-oh Expressway Kitahiroshima IC: approximately 20 minutes New Chitose Airport: approximately 50 minutes by car Sapporo City Center: approximately 40 minutes Sapporo Subway Makomanai Station: approximately 15 minutes We warmly welcome your visit.
