Notably, the par 3 4th hole features a creek crossing in front of the green, a pond to the left of the green, and views of Mount Yotei ahead. The following par 4 5th hole is a right dogleg with considerable length. The second shot is a downhill lie, so precise distance control is essential to avoid overshooting the green. On the back nine, the par 6 10th hole plays straight with ample fairway width, allowing aggressive drives. However, a creek flows 100 yards in front of the green, so it is safer to lay up on the third shot rather than risk it.
