Mishima Golf Club [PGM]

Mishima Golf Club is a golf course owned and operated by PGM. It opened in 1978 in Sunto District, Shizuoka Prefecture. By car, it is approximately 15 minutes from the Nagaizumi-Numazu IC on the Shin-Tomei Expressway. Located on the south side of Mount Ashitaka at the foot of Mount Fuji, you can enjoy panoramic views of Suruga Bay and the eastern Shizuoka Prefecture landscape while playing the course. The design of all 18 holes was also involved with Isao Aoki, a renowned professional golfer and course designer. Utilizing the rolling terrain, many holes are designed with clear visibility to the greens. The greens feature undulation and fast speeds, making strategy easy to consider while offering strategic play that can be enjoyed by both beginners and advanced players. Located on a highland at elevations of 300 to 500 meters, summers are cool with refreshing breezes, and winters are mild on the south-facing slope with minimal snow accumulation. Enjoy comfortable play year-round. Golf carts are YAMAHA-manufactured units equipped with GPS navigation featuring score input functionality, allowing stress-free continued play. The restaurant is popular for its menus featuring generous amounts of fresh ingredients delivered directly from Suruga Bay. The pro shop offers a well-stocked selection of golf equipment and souvenirs. On your return, you can use the automatic checkout machine for a smooth departure.
