The clubhouse is fully equipped with facilities for an enriched club lifestyle, including a restaurant based on spaciousness and brightness, and a generously appointed bathroom. 【Cancellation Policy】 <2 groups or fewer/per group> ¥8,000 for weekends and holidays from 7 days prior to the play date (including the play date) <3 groups or more/per group> ¥4,000 for weekdays from 14 days prior to the play date (including the play date); ¥8,000 for weekends and holidays Exemption: No cancellation fee applies if the golf course is closed. ※During the summer period (July 1 - September 30), if the heat index (WBGT) at the Kasama observation station nearest the golf course is forecast to be 33 or higher at 5 PM the day before, or if the index exceeds 33 on the day itself, the cancellation fee for that day will be waived. Other provisions: No-notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the reservation price × number of players. Cancellation fees will be charged to the reservation representative via SMS, etc. for the number of groups reserved. Date changes or group reductions after the cancellation fee trigger date do not qualify as exemptions. Weekday cancellation fees during the following periods will be treated as weekend/holiday rates: Golden Week (between Showa Day and Constitution Day), Obon (8/12-8/15), Year-end/New Year (12/28-1/4) 【Locker】 Locker usage fee: ¥330 (tax included) Effective April 1, 2026: ¥440 (tax included) 【Fairway Cart Riding】 If using riding cart access to fairways, an additional cart riding fee of ¥550 (tax included) per person on weekdays and ¥880 (tax included) on weekends/holidays applies. Please note that riding may not be permitted depending on weather and course conditions. 【Cool Cart Operation】 ※Limited period and limited quantity Customers wishing to use Cool Carts equipped with cooling fans should apply by phone after making a Web reservation. An additional fee of ¥500 (tax included) per person on weekdays and ¥880 (tax included) on weekends/holidays applies to the plan price listed. 【Course Shop】 The course shop operates via vending machines. Purchases can be made using locker holders (score holders). Cash is not accepted. 【Club Bus】 Departures from Tomobe Station North Exit: 8:20 AM, 8:45 AM Regular service on weekends and holidays ※Weekday service is reservation-based ※Can only be used with play fees displayed on Rakuten GORA.
