"Le Golf National," which served as the venue for the Paris Olympics, was also designed by von Hagge, and shares many common elements with its numerous ponds integrated with nature, gentle hills, and majestic course layouts separated by red pine forests. While highly regarded as a full-fledged championship course, hosting the men's professional golf tour "JAPAN PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP by Sato Foods" annually, it also allows golfers of all abilities, from beginners to advanced players, to enjoy play suited to their skill level. Shots from fairways covered entirely in bentgrass are exhilarating, and rounds while appreciating seasonal scenery provide an escape from the everyday.
