J Golf Tsurugashima is a challenging public golf course located in the Oku-Musashi Nature Park in Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture. Formerly known as Tsurugashima Country Club, it is conveniently positioned approximately 10km (about 30 minutes) from the Tsurugashima IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, and approximately 50 minutes from Nerima IC in Tokyo. A reserved shuttle wagon service is also available between JR Komagawa Station and the clubhouse. The course measures 6,876 yards with 18 holes featuring bent grass greens. It offers a variety of distinctive holes. Notable holes include the two-tiered green short par 3 2nd hole requiring careful club selection, the dogleg par 5 6th hole with an uphill approach to the green, and downhill holes with scenic natural surroundings. The design continues with holes that take advantage of the rolling terrain through to the 18th hole, which features a pond in front of the green, allowing golfers to fully enjoy the game while strategizing their approach. The spacious locker room in the well-equipped clubhouse includes stretch mats available for free use.
