Undulating course. An 18-hole layout set on gentle hills on the south side of Mount Fuji. Spreading through groves of cedar trees, the front nine slopes downward gradually, with long par-4s waiting at holes 4 and 6. Where the course is long, fairways are wide; where distance is limited, strategic play is required. Both the front and back nines start out leisurely. Difficult and easy holes alternate, gradually becoming more challenging, then easing again, with a difficult finishing hole.
