Hilly course. The holes have minimal elevation changes overall, with wide fairways and sufficient length, allowing for aggressive play. The greens feature bentgrass with one green per hole and are large in size. While the greens are relatively easy to hit, leaving distance on approach shots often leads to three-putts. Some short holes, such as the 2nd and 14th, exceed 200 yards, making scoremaking difficult. Particularly challenging are holes 3 and 9 on the front nine, and holes 11 and 17 on the back nine, where a lack of precise directional control and distance awareness will result in blown scores.
